This cookie policy covers the Mirage Analytics dashboard (the application Customers log in to). The Mirage audience measurement product, installed on Customers' own websites, is cookie-free and places no tracker whatsoever on Visitors' devices.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file written to and read from your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit a site or an application. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, can also retain information. These technologies may be strictly necessary for a service to work, or serve other purposes (measurement, advertising).
Cookies used by the dashboard
The Mirage Analytics dashboard uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work:

These cookies do not require consent, since they are indispensable to delivering the service the user has expressly requested.
No tracking cookies
The Mirage Analytics dashboard uses no third-party cookie, no advertising cookie and no tracker for profiling or marketing purposes. No data is shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
The Mirage measurement script is cookie-free
The Mirage audience measurement script, installed by Customers on their own sites, writes no cookie and no persistent identifier on Visitors' devices. Measurement relies on data that does not directly identify anyone, which is what allows Visitors' privacy to be respected without a cookie banner.
Managing cookies
You can configure your browser at any time to accept, refuse or delete cookies. Each browser offers its own settings, in its help or preferences menu. Please note that strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled without degrading how the dashboard works, in particular logging in to your account.

This cookie policy may be updated to reflect changes in our practices or in the applicable regulations. The date it was last updated appears at the top of the document.
